As a commission-only sales professional at QANTAFI, you have the freedom to set your own pace. While there are no minimum activity requirements, your success directly correlates with your effort and discipline.
The single non-negotiable expectation is comprehensive documentation in HubSpot. Every client interaction, outcome, and deal progression must be logged in the CRM. This isn't just good practice—it's directly tied to your compensation. Deals closed outside the CRM will not be eligible for commission payments.
The QANTAFI Sales Process: Your Path to Success
Identify the Decision-Maker
Work within HubSpot to identify and connect with true decision-makers who control budget. If speaking with anyone else, log the interaction and secure a referral to the right person.
Qualify the Prospect
Ensure they control budget, are willing to share business goals, and have a clear need matching at least one agent type. Remember: a prospect who refuses to share goals is not qualified.
Book the Demo
Schedule immediately after qualification. Show a maximum of two agent types unless specifically requested otherwise.
Conduct Needs Analysis
After a positive demo, run the structured questionnaire covering website presence, locations, phone numbers, call volumes, language needs, and compliance requirements.
Generate and Send Quote
Create in HubSpot with automatic pricing from Stripe. All quotes include the 50% deposit or first-month autopay clause. Always schedule a follow-up within 48 hours.
Close and Handover
Once the client executes the agreement and makes payment, HubSpot moves the deal to "Won" and triggers the build process. Standard builds take 7-10 calendar days.
